Over the years I have come to the realization that I am a multi-dimensional individual, one who is deeply interested in MANY different areas of life. For me, it is very important to have a balance and be able to spend time engulfed in the very simple things that I enjoy, while balancing the "bigger more important day to day aspects" of my life for ex: motherhood, working, spiritual growth, etc. There is a special peace that comes from practicing this balance. I find that that peace stems from the concept of "truly being one with yourself".
